Return & Refund Policy

At Jaipur Dusk, every piece is handcrafted with care and love. We want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery for all domestic orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

You have three convenient options to raise a return request:

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Fill out our return form on the website.
  3. Log into your account, navigate to My Orders, select the order, and place a return request.

Important: Return requests raised via Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other channel will not be accepted. All follow-up queries will be answered via email only.

Unboxing Video — Mandatory

An unboxing video of the parcel recorded at the time of first opening is mandatory for all return or damage claims. The video must be genuine and unedited. Without this, we will be unable to process your request.

Free Reverse Pickup

We offer free reverse pickup for eligible returns. Pickup will be attempted twice. If our courier partner is unable to collect the shipment after two attempts, you will need to self-ship the product back to our warehouse address. Reverse pickup availability is subject to your pin code — we will notify you if this service is not available in your area.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • COD orders: A store credit coupon of equivalent value will be issued to your registered email/mobile number within 5 working days of successful return pickup. The coupon is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order ID and an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

'Damage' does not refer to any issue related to the style or design of the product as displayed on our website.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted and hand block printed — each piece is unique. There may be slight variations in colour, texture, and finish, which are part of the handmade character of the product. Colour appearance may also vary depending on your device's screen resolution and lighting. Returns are not accepted on the basis of colour variation up to 5–10%.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Sale / discounted items purchased with a coupon or gift voucher
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Used, washed, or altered garments
  • Items returned for a second time from the same order (a courier charge of ₹200 will apply)
  • International orders (due to high logistics costs, no return/exchange/refund is applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the courier will attempt delivery. For COD orders, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us or calling our customer care.

For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, a store credit (after deducting the shipping charge) will be issued within 7 working days.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer size-based exchanges only (not product exchanges). If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit note valid for 30 days will be issued. Each item may be exchanged only once. Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further return or exchange action will be applicable on that order.

Any disputes related to refunds must be raised within 48 hours of refund initiation. After this period, no queries will be entertained.
