At Jaipur Dusk, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted pieces safely and swiftly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner.
Domestic Shipping (India)

- Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners across India.
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
- Our logistics partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.
- Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including pin code and a reachable mobile number, to avoid delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pin codes across India. To check COD availability for your area, please enter your pin code at checkout.
- COD is available only for orders under ₹1,999.
- If COD is not serviceable at your location, you will be notified before order confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A unique tracking ID via email and SMS
- A link to track your shipment on the courier partner's website
- You can also check your order status under My Orders on our website
Delivery Delays
We make every commercially reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:
- Unsuitable weather conditions
- Political disruptions, strikes, or government-directed lockdowns
- Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
In such cases, we will proactively inform you via your registered email or mobile number. Jaipur Dusk shall not be liable for compensation in the event of delays caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Parcel at Delivery
If your parcel arrives with visibly tampered or damaged packaging, please refuse to accept the delivery and ask the delivery person to return it. Immediately notify us at [your email] or [your number] with your Order ID. We will arrange a fresh shipment at no additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship globally! International orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrive within 7–10 business days depending on the destination country.
- Free international shipping is available on select orders (check at checkout).
- COD is not available for international orders. Only prepaid orders are accepted.
- Please note that customs duties, taxes, and local charges in the destination country are not included in the shipping fee. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid at the time of delivery. Jaipur Dusk will not be liable for refusals due to unpaid customs charges.
- In case of any payment issues with your international card, please write to us at [your email] and we will share alternate payment options.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
We welcome bulk and corporate gifting orders. For large order enquiries:
- Consultation: Tell us the occasion and requirements, and we'll help you pick the right products.
- Customisation: We offer colour, design, and packaging customisations for bulk orders.
- Packaging: Branded gift boxes and personalised packaging are available.
